If you cannot attend the conference and want to propose another person instead of your place, you can transfer your ticket. However, we need to be notified promptly.

If you need to cancel your participation of the conference, kindly inform the conference organization via email at info@forum-aluminium.com immediately. Depending on the date of cancellation either a full refund or half refund can be granted.

Cancellation/Postponement
If due to any circumstances Forum Aluminium needs to be canceled all pre-paid registration fees will be refunded.
Please note that the organizer will not be liable to reimburse any costs incurred by you for travelling, and other expenses made by you at an individual or group level.
Program
The organizer reserves the right to change the conference program at any time if necessary. In case of cancellation of individual speakers, there will be no refund of the participation fee.
